Succession · Engineering & Technical Services · Hong Kong · Cross-border

The right hands for the business you spent a lifetime building.

I'm an engineer and MBA looking to acquire and personally run one established engineering or technical-services business — testing & certification, calibration, critical-facility maintenance, or compliance — based in Hong Kong with cross-border reach, protecting your team, your name, and your standards, while opening new markets.

What I'm looking for

An established B2B engineering or technical-services business — testing & certification, calibration, critical-facility maintenance, or compliance.
Based in Hong Kong, with cross-border reach.
A founder planning succession, without a next-generation successor.
Strong reputation, loyal clients, a capable team, and hard-won accreditations.

Why me

Over a decade in industrial operations, controls, and R&D test-equipment engineering.
MBA candidate, UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Fully bilingual — Cantonese, Mandarin, English — with roots in the Pearl River Delta.
Hands-on with the instruments, the accreditation, and the day-to-day of a technical operation.

My commitment

I'm looking for a home, not a transaction.

I'm not an investment fund looking to flip a business. I want one company to run myself for the next decade — keeping your people and your name, and building on what you've made. The precision, the accreditation, and the trust your work depends on are the world I come from.
